Fractional Consultancy and workshops
IPN will instruct the appropriate Fractional specialist with the relevant expertise and experience to work directly with the developer to deliver strategic, operational and financial advice. In addition, the IPN workshops will provide management and sales force training on fractional selling in order to ensure a cohesive and professional approach is maintained.
Preparation workshops
IPN will conduct specialized workshops with the developer to effectively prepare them to sell into international buyer markets. Workshops include assistance in the creation of all marketing collateral, website design and contact management databases. Alternatively the entire sales and marketing process can be outsourced to a team of professionals appointed and managed by IPN through IPN Media.
Network creation
Through IPN’s extensive network of global partners, we can provide assistance in building an international network of professional sales and referral partners. This will involve a review of all existing sales agent agreements, creation of a sales partner criteria checklist for all existing and future partners to meet, creation of a marketing plan to target new partners and assistance in exploiting all networking opportunities that will lead to future partnerships.
Network maintenance
This will involve the creation of an in-house contact management system for the client in order to effectively manage and motivate their partners. IPN will also provide educational workshops for developers which are designed to train our clients to manage the network to generate sales leads.
Clients also have the option for IPN to instruct their team of real estate professionals to manage the network on their behalf. |
