Leandro Ciciliani, President. Educated in Buenos Aires, Leandro studied Business Administration in Universidad Catolica Argentina, and Marketing in JFK University. For as long as he can remember he has been an entrepreneur, spotting a business opportunity in everything he has encountered.

His fluency in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English has led Leandro to travel the world over to fully experience a range of cultures and countries but perhaps his biggest challenge was adapting to working life in London. Despite cultural and language differences Leandro spent 3 years of his professional career working in London developing his skills in order to deliver first rate sales, marketing and strategic initiatives.

Leandro met Leanne Moss during his time working at OPP (Overseas Property Professional) where he was responsible for developing business from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Portugal, Cape Verde, Central and South America. Travelling to each of these countries, Leandro formed key strategic relationships with top developers, realtors, real estate associations and government bodies Leandro developed a number of high revenue solutions.

With over 12 years experience in marketing consultancy and sales, Leandro has worked in media, telecommunications, government and public sector and most recently real estate. After recently relocating to Panama his vision is to exploit his extensive network of professional partnerships that cover the globe in order to deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions that revolutionise the real estate industry and deliver results despite a particularly challenging financial economy.

After studying Business and Marketing in Bristol University, England, Leanne has travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, Caribbean and the Americas to gain a truly global perspective of the world. With over 8 years experience in sales and marketing consultancy in a range of markets including retail, media, telecommunications and real estate Leanne has developed a wide ranging skill set which ensures that all projects that she works on are delivered to the highest professional standard.

Previously Leanne worked as the Group Advertising Manager for OPP (Overseas Property Professional) which is the leading trade publication for the overseas property industry, managing the entire sales and advertising team for both the international and Russian publications. This position enabled her to meet with hundreds of international real estate professionals and in particular her area of expertise was the Americas and Caribbean. In addition to this Leanne was involved in the leading trade event in Europe for real estate, OPPLive, specialising in bringing real estate professionals from emerging markets in Central America to the event in order for them to target new international markets and assist in building a network of international partners.

Leanne moved to Panama after she discovered the overwhelming potential in this market. Passionate about Panama, Leanne initiated an in-depth report on Panama in the OPP magazine in March 2008 and helped to educate the international real estate community on the benefits of promoting and selling Panama to their clients. It is Leanne’s vision to assist in the globalisation of Panama and to help safe-guard its future in real estate while at the same time educating Panamanian companies to successfully internationalise with long-term success.
